DR Jane, Rob and Mary Linda use a ROKU to stream Netflix and lots of other stuff to their TV.

Thanks.  Do you know if everything is available to stream from Netflix or if there is a queue as with the DVDs?

Good grief, page 3?   You'd think it was the Day of the Dead or something

We have a BluRay and we think it won't stream fast enough or smoothly enough.

How easy is it to stream the shows you want from Netflix?

Streaming to our computer doesn't work.  Our neighbor agrees with this fact.  We do not have a good connection to our tv from the computer through our wifi as the distance is far from the wifi signal.  We tested a youtube on the tv and it was terrible.

I told Keith I didn't think the Netflix options through streaming would be much better than DVDs, just that we would skip the mailing period of 2 days.  If I'm correct than hassling to get the streaming to work, especially with the odds against us, I'm wondering if the effort is worth it.

Thanks, it might be worth the effort then.  When we go to our neighbor's to see her new puppy we will find out the distance from her computer to her tv.  We suspect they are close to each other & what her set up is.  Craig's room was close to the computer and he gave up streaming here.

I'm just full of questions tonight.

DR Jennifer, was OMENS a quick read like her other books?  I just got it in from my library and prefer to read it before another book that must be read in time for my book group discussion on the 11th.

Our RAGTIME opens tonight, too.  I shall wish all of us broken legs for the occasion.

Broken leg vibes for Chas and company!

Back from a cheese omelet and some banking.  Rehearsal in thirty minutes.  I am feeling so weird these days - maybe it's the Omoxcallin or maybe I'm still fighting something, but really enough is enough.  Send those excellent vibes and xylophones - I have no time for this nonsense.

Excellent vibes and xylophones to BK!

Saturday afternoon greetings!   Before lunch I'd been to the AAUW book sale site to deliver 8 more boxes, the AAUW holiday bazaar site to deliver a few items from Mom, to Mom's to deliver some groceries, to our favorite butcher shop to order our Thanksgiving turkey, and back to the bazaar site to pick up the reusable grocery I'd accidentally left there.  Whew!

What is a reusable grocery?

T.O.D.

I don't think I have had a great many memorable meals.  Years ago, when SAS Airlines flew the top travel agents from the West Coast for a weekend in Copenhagen; they took us out into the Danish countyside to a 13th century castle where we spent the first night.  For dinner, we were served Babette's Feast just as it was prepared in the book and the film.  I think it was memorable just because of the whole atmosphere of the dining hall, lit by candles and torches; as much as it was for the meal.......... and the wine!

Callie is doing ok.  But the litter boxes have been quite empty.  I decided that holding back the dry food manes sense, but it's what they all like to eat and none of them are eating the wet stuff.  SO, for today I'm going to act like everything is fine.  I'll give her meds and we'll see what happens.

I give NickyMiralax, one third of a teaspoon mixed in his food once a week.  It seems to do the trick to keep him regular, but to also keep him from getthing poop stuck in his butt.  My vet told me to use it.

And I borrow some of Nicky's to put in my morning juice.  We both swear by it.

Ah, yes, DRs Vixmom and Jane are correct - reusable grocery bag.

It is possible that eating cheese while on the Amoxicillin (I'm guessing this is what you meant) is not agreeing with you.  Antibiotics always make me feel yucky.

As Jane implied, they both tend to block you up.  I hope you are drinking lots and lots of water with the Amoxicillin.
