Well, you've read the notes, the notes were prepared again, the adventure continued, and now it is time for you to post until the adventuresome cows come home.

Had a decent sleep at the motel, and have just enough time to say

Good morning, all.

Before starting the day's activities, whatever they may be.

Good morning, all! The elevator is repaired, bur I'm still gunked up and feeling rather puny. I may cancel physical therapy and go back to bed. Tomorrow is he first day of four jumping ones and I need to get this out of my system ASAP. I do have to make a trip to the pharmacy for the monthly meds this morning, so whether I go to therapy or not, I still have an itinerary to work out this morning.

DR Jeanne, I'm really happy your bathroom problems were so easily resolved.

DR vixmom, how was this theatrical circus you attended? I think i may have a friend in it.

Jeanne, glad to hear the bathroom is resolved. Not having a commode in our civilized world is a real pain!

Yes, so lucky Jeanne was home when all that happened, but so bad it had to happen at all!

George - it's looking like the Dec. 2 date has simply replaced the Nov. 18 date, but wouldn't that be a good idea - to get it to the Kickstarter backers a couple of weeks early at least.

Re: DANCING WITH THE STARS

I definitely wish that Tommy had gone before Lea. Because other than him the others left are quite talented and I would be okay with any of them winning.

But Lea has a new pro (Artem).  And I do think that plays into things a lot. Think about it.  There are many many people who vote just for Derek.  But how many people would just vote for a new pro? Zero.  Plus a lot of people are criticizing things Lea said last week.  She didn't know better, but when she commented about wanting to challenge Tommy to the dance-off a lot of people were really turned off.

So while I was hoping that Tommy would go I was not at all surprised that she went. But I will not be happy if he doesn't go next week.

Wednesday morning greetings!  Today I'll do some grocery shopping for Mom and then get packed for tomorrow's flight to NYC.

DR GEORGE look at BurnAware - they have a regular download that you can use to burn BluRays......here is a site that lists several for you to compare.

When you are ready to download, though, go to the software publisher's own page to get it.....and be ready to uncheck some boxes so you won't get some new menu bars or shopping services.

The regular BurnAware doesn't support copy discs or let you make bootable CD's.....but if you're just burning a BluRay from a file you should be fine.

Some of the others look okay, too.   ImgBurn especially might be something to look at.

DR Jeanne:  Have I bonded with the chickens?

Hmmm...they certainly know me, and they let me pick them up.  They even tolerate my petting them when they get near me while on their grubbing expeditions.   Still, from day to day, you never know which one will become a turncoat and make you chase her around the garden when you're ready to call it a day.

For the homeowners, I think "fresh aigz" is what it's all about with those chickens.

Good morning.

I am off to work...a nice respite from all of this house and its yowling kitties and squawking hens.

I have a recollection that someone else from our merry troupe is going to City Center Friday evening for THE BAND WAGON, but I can't remember who it is.  DR KevinH?  DR ChasSmith?  DR Ben?  DR....?

Good morning, all.

Travel vibes and xylophones for bk. And for Ginny  All this trip talk is making me sorry I don't have time or money to be there, too.

I think it's Kevin for sure. It's not me but Chas could be going as well. Kevin mentioned it when we had dinner on Monday.

I'll be seeing Honeymoon in Vegas on Tuesday, the 18th. It just popped up on TDF. I think Fred saw it at Papermill and really liked it.

Yes, Krizerland is on TDF, though not under Kritzerland, it's listed as

SONGS OF THE SHERMAN BROTHERS
STAGE 72, 158 West 72nd Street, NYC
Ticket Price: $21.00
Cabaret  ·  Musical

and

SONGS THAT GOT AWAY
STAGE 72, 158 West 72nd Street, NYC
Ticket Price: $21.00
Cabaret  ·  Musical

Thanks, Ben.  I received an email yesterday inviting Friday evening ticket holders to a pre-show (6:30pm) party in the Grand Tier Lobby - $5 cocktails, swing music, swing dance lessons, photo booth.  Richard and I will probably go, but he's not up to swing dancing.
