We got a bit of snow.....it is VERY cold this morning - 13 degrees with a minus 13 degree wind chill.

So I am postponing my Monday shopping until Tuesday.

I've had some good luck: I've managed to dredge up the damaged LaCie hard drive and i'm hopefully going to retrieve some of those 2013 backups I lost. fingers crossed!

I've salvaged so far backups from Feb., May, June, and July 2013, and downladed them. I'll know in another couple of days if they've stuck this time. In the meantime, I'm leaving the LaCie on my desktop so i can continue to retrieve items fr the next couple of days. I'm hpng that it does. If not, I'll call Tekserve and see if they can retrieve the backups from it.

We just received an email reminding us that 48 years ago today we graduated high school. Living in Southern California we never thought about the fact it was Ground Hog Day.

This means 48 years ago plus 2 days Keith proposed to me.
