When I was a boy, I had a recurring dream for several years.

It wasn't just a dream. It would start before I had even gone completely to sleep.

When it started, the walls would start to grow around me.

And then I could feel the whole room getting bigger, and the bed was getting bigger.

Sometime in my teen years, it suddenly became clear to me that the room was not getting bigger in the dream, but I was getting smaller.
