Chef TCB, I won't judge the oven while you're still learning how to use it. Only fair to give you some time for "operator error."   :)

My guess is that it'll cook some things really well, but others so-so--at least for the pressurized part. I like the versatility of it, that you can pressurize or not. A very interesting concept, IMHO.

I have nothing to report. No drama is a good thing.

Tod: bear claws, anything with nuts, anything with chocolate, anything with butter.

I make this almond butter tart with jam in it and u have sadly become addicted to it.

This morning my book group discussed "In the Shadow of the Banyan" and it was unanimous, we all thought the book was wonderful. The book is the fictionalized account of four years of the author's life in Cambodia beginning with the civil war.

Sorry if anyone disagrees with me, but it is my podium tonight since no one else is here to debate the issue.

;D

And I agree with you.

From DR George:
Quote
I was the second to go and I think I read fairly well.  After I finished (and everyone seemed to really like the monologue), the director said that that monologue was his favorite in the whole play.  I wasn't the only one who read that scene, but I wanted to be the first so that I could get it out of the way.

VIBES FOR FRIDAY!!!!

Hi all, didn't realize I'd been  E and T for several days....yesterday I had a nasty case of the stomach flu.  I did manage to sleep about 15 hours in 3 hour increments. I stayed home today and actually finished and filed the brief.  We can do electronic filing now, which is so much easier than all the copies and mailing we used to have to do.

I haven't eaten much today, just a piece of toast with tea and some rice and chicken broth.   I think I'm up for a real dinner, but I should probably take it easy

Voldemort is basically a middle school girl: he has a locket, a diary, a tiara, a ring, and is completely obsessed with a teenage boy.
