Yes, I was planning on that. I always wondered if Ebonie was lonely. At one point I was thinking of getting another cat, but then I wondered if she was too old to all of a sudden have another cat in the house. I know that I will get another cat, and I had decided a long time ago that when I do, I would get a pair at the same time.

My sister and her daughter have four cats...two were sisters that my sister got from a co-worker of hers, one was a rescue from a parking lot (he was almost feral), and the fourth is a rescue from a no-kill shelter.

I'm watching RAT RACE and happy that I have the soundtrack CD released by KRITZERLAND.

That Elmer Bernstein score is wonderful.....I had forgotten that RAT RACE was directed by Robert Mulligan......

And U am home. My watch battery died, and i was really late to meet Rob, Annalene, and Simon for dinner. We had a wonderful time, Rob left us around 9:00 and te three of us stayed in the coffee shop for tea. I just got home.

I had a good day at City center; and I think we are all set for Friday. And I am ready for bed.

This evening I listened to the original cast recording of SHE LOVES ME for the first time in quite a while. I'm not sure I'd even listened to the CD, ever. I would have played the LP back in the day, and I believe I still have my excellent copy. I'm taking it out for a listen tomorrow because I couldn't believe how poorly recorded -- or transferred -- the CD sounds. Maybe the record was no better, but I'll find out tomorrow.

I also have the original London cast here to listen to tomorrow, before getting back to the Broadway revival to check on some things before the next rehearsal.
