Page Three Tiresias Dance.  My costume doesn't look like this....at least not in the production design plan I saw.

I shall soon be on my way to Wilton, Connecticut, for a dress rehearsal of the show I shall more or less enjoy playing, but which I am SO happy not to have my name on it.

Waiting in a doctor's office to discuss this cough. Meanwhile the world's loudest click is ticking off the seconds. Agh.

What kind of PhD would rely upon a trip to Moscow, Idaho, DR George?    ???

;D

Between Moscow & home she lived in Riga Lavia.  She went home and then back to Moscow.  I'm not sure where she will be next.  I just hope she is home in time to find them an apartment in Chicago cuz Bryan won't have much time between jobs.  I wish he could have visited her in Lavia but at least he is getting to Russia.

The way my father told the story I always thought he was listening to the show.  I'll have to search for "the Shadow do".  Here is a link to the show with the opening as Orson did it.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pJyWcUS9RIM

I've had some pasta and fresh broccoli for dinner, and now I am going back to the taxes.  So far today, I've done income (very easy snce there was sooooo little), utilities, and cable TV and computer. I'll work on transportation, entertainment, office supplies and postage tonight.

Tomorrow, after I pick up my Encores! check, I'll have tea with Annalene, then stop at the bank, deposit the check and head to Staples for printer ink. I will accomplish nothing on Friday, since i'm in orchestra rehearsal all day.

After exhaustive testing, the problem for Laura, Kerry and KevinH is indeed cox.net.  These types of internet providers simply don't want to take the time to even see if they are the problem - they let others do.  I have no provided KevinH with the exact information he needs to let these idiots know that they have to fix this problem in order for their customers to be able to access our site.  I told him if he was willing to call one more time to get a tech person on the phone then not get off until they get him a supervisor.  Then send the supervisor the info while making the supervisor remain on the phone - then that person can do the exact same tests we did and will get the exact same result.  If that doesn't work, I've given KevinH an alternate plan.

BK--I'm too tired for a long conversation tonight.  I'll let you know when I call.    Do you know if it would fix things if I downloaded Google Chrome?  I keep getting suggestions to do that.

We're expecting 1 to 2 inches of snow in the morning, enough to cause chaos.  I predict the schools will open two hours late.

I'm watching an episode of The Andy Griffith Show that doesn't look familiar.  Can it be that I never saw this one?  I wouldn't be surprised to hear that DR Kate is watching, to the consternation of her hubby.

Well, it's time for me to leave work.  I need to get some things at Target (these things are cheaper there than Fred Meyer and worth the drive), then home and TV.

Be back later.

Well, the visit to the doctor was not a happy one. She called what I have bronchiolitis, but my research of that says it usually affects infants under six months of age. I don't think I qualify in that regard.

But she did load me up with six prescriptions. Thankfully, they only cost $26 with my health care plan, but they're not things I want to take. I will, but one of them, Prednisone, affects my blood sugar horribly.

Still, I hate this cough. It doesn't hurt, but it sounds horrible.

And tonight I finished watching The Good Companions, which left me with a tear in my eye and a big smile.  It continued to e one of the strangest BBC miniseries I've seen, but I really loved it.

I don't know about strange, but the novel always gets to me when I reach the end. Over the hundreds of pages, I come to love those people so much: Miss Trant, Jess, Susie, Inigo, Jerry and the rest. It's been at least 10 years since I've read it, but it's time to read it again.
