Well, you've read the notes, the notes had a cover charge, and now it is time for you to post until the covered cows come home.  They're thrilled they'll soon have a new MOOstery to read.

Indeed!  Although with all the heightened concerns about security these days, I'm quite surprised that no one questioned just why you were taking photos of the front of the police station!

I don't think I've posted this link before

Remembering the brilliant, gifted Ellen Schwartz with a link to a site her family put up
Linking to a site celebrating the lyrics of our dear late friend Ellen Schwartz:
http://www.ellenschwartzandfriends.com/

Here's a link to six of her shows, including LETTER TO HARVEY MILK, TRAPPED FAMILY SINGERS, COME UP "N' SEE ME (which she worked on with Sharon McNight playing Mae West) and the show TANGLED WEBS which she worked on with Skip Kennon and Bill Connington (which was based on a short story of mine called WebCast)

Some more direct links to Ellen Schwartz's shows and lyrics (with some interesting BK and Kritzerland connections among the performers) if anyone's interested:

I think this link should work to performances by stars like the great Sharon McNight and Jim Bailey in COME UP 'N' SEE ME
http://www.ellenschwartzandfriends.com/music
Here's a link to Sharon McNight performing at Ellen Schwartz's birthday party a few years back
http://www.ellenschwartzandfriends.com/new-page-33
And the terrific performances by Leslie Kritzer and Jeff Keller and Cheryl Stern and many others in A LETTER TO HARVEY MILK
http://www.ellenschwartzandfriends.com/new-album-3
And a link to demos from TANGLED WEBS with singers led by the wonderful Rebecca Luker, Ric Ryder, Bill Parry
http://www.ellenschwartzandfriends.com/tangled-webs
Ann Hampton Callaway performing from CAST OF THOUSANDS
http://www.ellenschwartzandfriends.com/new-album
Nora Mae Lyng leading a terrific cast in the short, funny TRAPPED FAMILY SINGERS, which Ellen Schwartz wrote with David Strickland

BK,

I watched RIDE THE PINK HORSE a couple of weeks ago and, although there was much about it I liked, I thought the "third act" act was a disappointment.  Indeed, the final confrontation, involving a totally miscast Art Smith, was ridiculous.

Got a cleaning and checkup at the dentist this morning, then I'm seeing REAR WINDOW on the big screen and hoping to hell that both Fathom and the AMC do a good job of presenting it.

Well, here it is Wednesday.   It's also garbage day in my neighborhood.  Please help me to remember to take the garbage and recycle cans to the street before I leave this morning.

Wednesday morning greetings!  After 3 days of having to be up and out of the house first thing in the morning, I am enjoying a slow start today.  Nothing on my calendar until Richard and I go out for dinner and to an evening program at the historical society.
