That is all!!!! You are sooooo lucky! I feel like I am going to hurt and limp fir the rest of my life. Mine also burns at time and I can't even wear my newer, cushioned, tennis shoes.

DR Jane, I don't think my injury was nearly as severe as yours. And I haven't tried any hiking or sustained walking. Sometimes a long trip around a big grocery store is enough for me.

The last few days we have gone 6 miles each day. It was been flat whete we normally walk hills so it is easier, plus the miles were not all at once.

I am back on the same two eye drops that I used to use. They worked great, so I am hoping that I didn't already do too much permanent damage.
