Voldemort is basically a middle school girl: he has a locket, a diary, a tiara, a ring, and is completely obsessed with a teenage boy.

My office is very near George Washington University. Today was graduation day,  I saw lots of graduates and their guests on the street on my way to the Metro.   What a perfect day, weatherwise.  Low 70's , low humidity.

Elmore, do you find there are some regular mail days where they seem to decide not to deliver the mail at all?

Funny you should mention this, FJL.  I didn't get any mail yesterday.  I think the mail carrier just skipped us.

You'd think at least a bill or a flyer.  But when there's no mail at all.  :(

There were 8 slices, 2 for each of us.

Umm...Jane?  If there were 8 slices, shouldn't that be 4 for each of you?

;)

We had to be nice to the packers ;)

I was really hungry and excited when Keith came home with the pizza.  I wasn't expecting it and was very happy to have food.

We have yogurt, cereal, milk, crackers and dried fruit.  The stress has gotten to me and I don't dare go near the fruit.

Really, you would never know we are stressed if you saw us.  I think we have learned how to stay calm even if we are stressed and panicking inside-lol

It is going to be a long day.  The big moving truck will be down the road a mile or two and a smaller truck will have to take our belongings to the big truck.

Well, I must be off.  My car is still at the shop...they didn't get a couple of parts, so they still need it tomorrow.  They should fix it fairly early, but I'll have to walk to work again tomorrow.

Right now, I need to leave work to go to Olympia Little Theatre's production of "Mama Won't Fly" because the performance is a benefit for Olympia's chapter of PFLAG.  My sister, niece and sister's boyfriend are all on the PFLAG board, so I have to support them!  My niece is going to pick me up soon, so I have to be ready when she gets here.  My sister will drive me home, so I won't be able to report until then.

Be back later!

Yes, I have believed that for some time.  Especially when it comes to packages.

I just finished the first edit of Gentlemen, Be seated!  Tomorrow I will go to Toyland and scan and email everything. Next week, I'll head to Tams-Witmark to work on the orchestra score of The Golden Apple.

It's always a relief to finally get within range of WGUC, 90.9 on your FM dial.
