And she claimed that the train was "clocked at 160 miles per hour on that curve..." No, it was 106 mph. She also kept saying his last name as "Bosnian," when it's Bostian. But she's not the only one making mistakes. The writer of the article actually spelled his name as "Bostonian."

Today, the mail actually arrived by 4:30, but the check that was mailed on Monday has not yet arrived. I also worry about postal theft.

Well, new info on that train wreck: an earlier train reported being fired at or having rocks thrown at it, and they now believe that something struck the windshield of the train that derailed.

We have a new Chinese restaurant in the area. A little pricey, but very deelish. The packaging of the delivery was art. i've never received a Chinese delivery so beautifully assembled!

In other news, Krispy Kreme -- which some of you will recall had opened a number of stores north of the Mason-Dixon line back in the 1990s, only to retreat a couple of years later because they overdid it -- is once again constructing a standalone store right here on Beechmont Avenue.
