DR bk, if you have any, try some liquid Pepto. It can help with nausea. It will coat the stomach et al.

Finally got out of bed and went and picked up mail - one completely irritating piece of mail that I deposited directly into the trash where it belonged.  Still queasy and going to the loo quite often - I'm hoping that all those visits do the job in getting this guck out of me.

If I even looked at a bottle of Pepto Bismal I would vomit on the ground.

I haven't had an entire day in bed in decades - I hate it.

Hope your body clears this out fast and you feel better very quickly! I've had many situations like yours because of my food sensitivities.

Had a Sprite in the refrigerator, so took a sip of that and it almost did me in.

Bruce, do you have any chamomile tea? That has curative effects. It's helped me in dire situations. Maybe the carbonation was too much for you with all you've been experiencing.

Stayed in bed and slept.  Something I ate last night was poisonous or didn't agree with me - I am so sick right now - blechhh.  I've avoided throwing up thus far and maybe if I just stay in bed I can continue avoiding it.

That happened to me yesterday. Blech. Double blech. Hope it and the arm pain end soon.

Enjoying a Negroni right now. It's certainly helping my system.

DR JEANNE my BE ACTIVE brace is helping the pain somewhat....it's still there but it is not quite as severe.

I think it may help more as the day goes on.

I am glad it is helping some.  Vibes you won't need it much longer.

DR TCB, while you are recovering, do not watch the following:

THE EYES OF LAURA MARS
I ORIGINS
THE EYE
THE HILLS HAVE EYES
THE HILLS HAVE EYES 2 (can you believe it?)
EAGLE EYE (not what you may thinking, it's because of Shia LeBeouf)
EYES BEHIND THE STARS
THE BEAST WITH A MILLION EYES
BODY BAGS (a John Carpenter anthology with some creepy stories, one has to do with eyes)
RED EYE
POPEYE (only because you have to be in a certain frame of mind to watch this noble failure)
and most definitely not (at least until you are well and feeling fine, and seeing better, a really good movie)
X THE MAN WITH X-RAY EYES (probably the best movie role Don Rickles has had, that I can think of)

A friend just brought some Diet 7-Up by so I'll try that.  I finally thought I was going to throw up, but only dry heaved - maybe nothing left to come out?  Hope that's the end of that business.
