I appreciate it. He just doesn't belong here. I hope that when I am all healed from my surgery, I can look into other living arrangements because I can't live in an apartment under such a thoughtless person. I think he was one of those kids that was never told No and was always told what they did was Great.

Tonight must've been Rosalind Russell night on Get TV. Before was TWENTIETH CENTURY and I've been watching HIS GIRL FRIDAY.

Surprised it wasn't Clint Eastwood day, since it's his 85th birthday!

Can't believe Clint's 85. Seems strange since I always have a mental picture of him from Dirty Harry days.

I'm also watching THE OUTER LIMITS (I used to have the original DVD sets; someone stole them from me) and the episode playing now has James Doohan (Scotty from Star Trek The Original Series) and he's speaking in his normal voice.

The first time that I saw him not as Scotty was on an episode of "Bewitched."  I don't remember anything about the episode, other than he didn't have the accent and I thought it was really weird...at the time, being just a kid and all. :)

Don't a great poster, but I still want to see this movie. It's supposedly opening in New York and going to on-demand:

I also want to see this.  Hopefully, sooner rather than later.

I see that Meryl Streep and Hugh Grant will be playing the roles that Sharry and I played in the story of Florence Foster Jenkins.

I didn't even know that Hugh Grant was still making films.

Back from our performance.  A lot of fumfers from nerves, some missed lines, a couple of wrong lyrics, but Sami did me proud - lots of laughs, all the songs really landed and will land even more when we really have our three weeks to finesse every moment of the show.  Some stuff didn't get laughs but I'm not ready to remove those things yet because the timing was off on those parts - I need to see and hear it with the right timing, as I still think those sections will land correctly when done in the right rhythm.  In comedy, rhythm is everything.  But I'm hoping Sami learned where she was brilliant and where she needs to notch up either energy or timing.  This show is going to be a very big thing for her, I think.

Got wonderful comments from folks, including lots of questions about a recording and sheet music, both of which we must do.  And even though I don't take these things seriously, everyone was on their feet the second the curtain call began.

I hope (assume?) that there will also be a soundtrack released.  Does anyone know?

That's wonderful, BK (except for the fumfers)!  Congrats to you and Sami and Alby...and anyone else involved!

Large??  It was a college production at South Puget Sound Community College.  I didn't go in to see it, so I don't know exactly what it was about, other than it was called A Evening of Comedy.
