It's 15 years old but it is a GBC product and looks rather like this:

However, it weighs a lot more than 22 lbs and it can bind up to 17" paper.

I've used that kind both at the University and also at the law firm. Those are great when producing discovery documents for trial.

While at the dentist yesterday I learned that some people who have Delta Dental are able to get reimbursements even though my dentist isn't with DD. WHAT?! I called my Medicare Advantage provider to learn more and got the usual bureaucratic run-around. Everyone was trying to help, but no one had the information I was seeking. One of the DD people and I finally pieced together an answer. It was pretty basic information, too. So, no, even with a dental rider, my health insurance won't cover any of the $$$$ of my dental bills.

I just spoke with the front office. Looks like the new AC equipment will be installed on the roof later today or early tomorrow to avoid the direct heat of the sun during the day. I was also offered the option of staying overnight in the model apartment should I feel too hot here.
