The vent hood over the cooktop needs replacing.  It turns out the vent was never installed properly or connected.

Listening to music after just doing a mile-and-a-half jog.  The commissary meal at Disney was really good.  It's fairly amazing there, like a food court.  You can get Mexican, pastas, grill (hamburgers, etc.), salads, and several other things - each kind of food has its own station.  We opted for the most popular and longest line - the pasta.  They ask you what you want on your pasta - you can have sun dried tomatoes, scallions, mushrooms and other veggies, you can have sausage, chicken and shrimp, and you can top it with marinara, alfredo and pesto sauces.  Fresh grated cheese awaits you after you get your food.  The Mexican food also looked really good.

I wish I had a place to remodel.

Some people think it is fun.  We don't, yet we seem to do it with many of our moves.

We are having trouble finding a place to live when our month here is over.  Places seem to be filled, even here.

I went to Gelson's earlier and got some crab bisque soup (just a small cup) and one chicken enchilada and some melon balls - that was my evening snack.

Topic of the Day:  I am watching the new Blu-ray of "1776," through my DVD burner, on my 32 inch (non-HD) CRT TV up in my bedroom.

The picture is automatically stretched vertically to fill the 4:3 screen because my TV can't adjust the aspect ratio.

It will be a while before I can get a new hi-def TV...not necessarily because I can't afford it, but because I REALLY need to clean my room before I can even think about getting my dead TV out of there. ::)

Well, DR George - it wouldn't be National Donut Day...  but you could buy donuts there one of the other 364 days of the year!

I never said that I couldn't.

My request for an electric scooter has been denied.  I will have to reapply

That's too bad, Tom.  Hopefully, you can eventually get one.

Well, at least you got some good news today!
