Sounds almost like a variation of CABIN IN THE SKY, which is an overlooked movie musical.

Vibes to heal your stomach. I am all too familiar with that problem when I find that something I've eaten has something I'm allergic to, even when (supposedly) all is disclosed on the label.

I have the soundtrack on vinyl, but I've never listened to it. It's actually billed as "The Original Cast & Soundtrack Album."
