Thank you, DR Singdaw! I'm flying alone to San Diego for the long weekend, while Richard attends to church business in NW Indiana and NW Ohio. We'll meet Monday at SFO, pick up our rental car, and drive to Monterey for some vacation. Then, back to San Francisco for the American Library Association annual conference June 26-July 1.

My boarding passes are printed and I'm as packed as I can be the night before a trip.

The theater is officially booked for the Sami show and we'll open on September 12th, a Saturday night, with previews on the 10th and 11th. We'll run for three weeks, unless we're really a hit, in which case we have the right to add a fourth week.

I've always wondered...if I remember correctly, there's a shot near the end of the movie (of course it's set far into the future) that shows a certain skyline that has changed significantly since the movie was made. I wonder if Spielberg will digitally update that particular moment on any potential future Blu-ray or other format releases.
