I have an ultrasound to check for gallstones in the morning.  I forgot to schedule a follow up with my doctor, so I'll do that first thing in the morning.

Good for you. And I'm glad you live several states away. People all around me have been mowing today. Have a huge headache and runny nose from it all.

I just read that comedian Jack Carter has died.

I was his publicist for seven (7) years.

Well, it really needed to be done.  The haze kept the temps down a little, so I had to take advantage of it

We finally caught up with the last of the episodes in the latest season of Downton Abbey this evening. The last episode packed an emotional wallop!

Thanks for the vibes.  Hope I'm feeling this good tomorrow when I go.  I'm becoming more convinced that it had something to do with the rabies shots

How is it?

I finished Between You and Me. My reaction was mixed, but I enjoyed a great deal of it.

Hmmmm just read that stomach pain and gastrointestinal problems can be a side effect of the rabies shot.  I'm tired of medical people telling me it can't have anything to do with it when the info from the drug company says it can. I'm hoping that's all it was. I think it's still worth going in for an ultrasound just to be sure

This is a very weird movie. It was filmed on one of those elaborate, sculpted French estates, but it seems to be a filmed version of the play. Somehow. There was one shot of a modern-dress audience watching, but that never plays into movie. Wonder if it was just a mistake on the director's part.

Anyway, Fiona Shaw is wonderful. But she always is.

Haven't read one of his novels but enjoyed seeing him in person when he was in Sioux City

The politicians are thick here this week.  Two dems and 5 reps in one week.  I haven't seen anyone yet, but may go to a couple later this week.  I like to see them all before the caucuses if I can

I thought the caucus had been cancelled.
