TOD:  Just a couple of little things before this.

I gave a small amount to an acquaintance's Kickstarter campaign to get a CD funded.  It wasn't even something I was interested in, but I wanted to help the person at the time.  I gave the $20 or whatever it was, got the CD, and quietly passed it on to someone.

Another thing was $15 or $20, out of which I was supposed to get a book...and never did -- and I'm pretty sure a friend said the same thing happened to them.  It's been a while, but in thinking about it now I'm just pissed enough to go back to them and ask WTF, just on principle.

Chas, you should.  It should never be too late for something like that.

We had a visitor today at work. He landed on the ledge just by my desk:

That's so cool, John!

Moving vibes for Jane. I hope the vans show up.

Thank you.  We are waiting.  There was still cleaning to do when we got here, now I am just trying to figure out how to fit my stuff in the bathroom drawers and still leave room for what is on the truck.

I have been very spoiled with more than enough cabinets and drawers throughout our Ashland house.

I must say that I think our set looks amazing - could have been better in ONE area - but it is nice.

And the cast was great last night.....a few line misses....and some S L O W acting....but we are where we need to be....7 rehearsals left.

Costumes looked really great....only one I need to replace....just not right for the character.....but that should be easy to do.

Pictures to come later this week.

Aside from the floor I'm glad you are pleased.

Hope your health continues to improve, DR Cillaliz!

Thanks Sing, I had the ultrasound this morning and was able to get a look at my gallstones.  Yup they are there and I saw them.  So I have a follow-up with my doctor on Thursday and we'll take it from there.  It now appears all the problems I had in June were most likely caused by the gallstones.  I'm ready to get this taken care of.

Vibes you can treat it!

The hawk stayed around for about 45 minutes before taking off. Needless to say, not a lot of work got done during that time.

Good thinking DR JANE.  Perhaps they stopped for lunch so they wouldn't have to take a break once they started.

They need to pick up a couple of extra movers.  On the upside they said the larger truck will fit and they don't have to shuttle.

We think they drove up from Medford this morning and not yesterday as we were told.

The next time I consider ordering from that screwed up company Office Depot, shoot me. Their customer service dept. is verging on total incompetence: I order a table scheduled for delivery on June 22, and because they missed getting it to UPS on time, it arrives a day late with very serious damage.

I immediately email Customer Service and get no response, so I go to their chat line and get a return number and a pickup date for June 29. Two days later, Customer Service answers my email from June 23, which cancels the return date and gives me a new return number and pickup date for tomorrow, July 1. I respond to the email and it takes another two days to get a response. I then telephoned them. Yep. pickup on July 1.

Today, I was given a new pickup date of July 6! So, office Depot, what the fat hell is going on?

Thanks for the health vibes! It was just lab tests.

It's Office Depot that's giving me a stroke.

I heard my lab test results yesterday. Everything was all clear or better than it had been except for those pesky triglycerides. Seems like it's less dairy, along with less meat. But I like butter, cheese, ice cream, heavy cream and whole milk. I guess I'll cut down on fat-free sour cream, fat-free cream cheese, yogurt and ice milk.
