Well, with Patti LuPone being in the news again because of the latest cell phone incident, it reminded me that she's coming to the Washington Center for the Performing Arts in September!

A friend asked if I would buy tickets to the concert for her (she gave me the money) because she was going ti be on a plane when the tickets went on sale, so yesterday I got a call from the WCPA box office saying that they had to cancel the concert because of Patti's new shooting schedule for "Penny Dreadful" and none of Patti's alternate dates worked for The Center.
