Last night I had several bizarre dreams that are now fading fast. I remember that one of them involved former friend and father of goddaughter Charlotte and a concert or CD or something.  I usually remember the last one I had just before I woke up and it's now a complete cypher.

My Gotham Geek will show up at 2 to check out my computer and I hope he can salvage it. Please keep them vibes coming.

A couple of FB friends have sent me messages concerning used iMacs selling at low prices and possible freebies, and I appreciate the info.

Good news about DR cillaliz!  I really am amazed that appendix patients are sent home on the same day of the surgery! I hope the recovery goes smoothly.

BACON OF THE SEA?
Researchers at Oregon State University may have developed the greatest food product in the history of eating.
It's good for you. It grows rapidly. And, the real kicker, it tastes like bacon.
Initially, it might not sound or look too appetizing. It's a red marine algae called dulse that looks like translucent red lettuce and grows in the wild along the Pacific and Atlantic coastlines.

The only dream I know I had involved, for one thing, a musical phrase from CAROUSEL.  Whatever else it involved (and I know it was "something") is a mystery.

Hard to believe TCB's other eye's surgery is here already.  I know it isn't "already" to TCB, who has been waiting for it.

Last night I finished watching the BBC miniseries of Elizabeth Gaskell's North and South.  Fantastic production!

Tonight I will begin the BBC version of Mrs. Gaskell's Wives and Daughters.

All of these are wonderful.  We have yet to watch season two of Cranford but plan to now that we are aware of it.

TOD:
I really like Bruce Willis, but I don't know that I've seen very many of his movies and other than all the "Die Hard" series movies (which I enjoyed very much), I can't think of the names of any of them. Cable television seems to air "12 Monkeys" a lot, which is odd because it's such a disturbing film. It was okay, but not my favorite. And, of course, he was charming in "Moonlighting" back when he still had some hair.
Okay, I just cheated and looked him up on IMDB.com. Holy crap that man has done a lot of films! I was hoping some titles would ring a bell, but other than "The Sixth Sense" (which of course was very good), I didn't recognize hardly any of them. And I think there's a couple of later Die Hard movies I've never seen.
