My back has been aching for the past week yesterday it was really terrible and I broke down and went to the chiropracter had a decent nights sleep and feel much better this morning. A few more visits are definitely in order .

I can't figure out why bosses are so enamored of the open floor plan, but note (from what I've seen in my own situation and in other companies) that almost always, the people who make the decisions to use the open floor plan usually aren't actually part of the open floor plan.
