I haven't had an update for a couple of days, Jane. So I guess that is good.

Read this poem:

OK?

Now -

Read it again.

But start with the bottom line and work backward.

Neato, eh?

Mister Monotony! Debbie Shapiro Gravitte knocked that out of the park in Jerome Robbins's Broadway.

DR LAURA - I gave up on our Broadway series when they kept changing the shows AFTER our tickets were purchased.....and they changed venues.  Half of the shows are done in one place with lots of parking, and the other half are done in a downtown venue with NO parking.....

It wasn't worth it.....I haven't been to a single show in many years.

I didn't buy tickets to our Broadway series last year and didn't miss it.  I've decided not to get a season ticket again.  they never sell out completely so if I decide to go to something, I can buy a ticket

Who is Carolyn T Brimbleminer?  (Someone named GrumpyMorningBoy mentioned Carolyn as a former poster on All that Chat.)

Why would parents name their kid GrumpyMorningBoy anyway?

I get the idea of not wanting to buy theatre season subscriptions, unless there's a good deal on the price.  There's almost always a way of getting to see the show or shows you really want to see.

And when I've bought subscriptions in years past, there almost always were discounts later on for most of the shows in the season.
