Well, you've read the notes, the notes spoke of raccoons, and now it is time for you to post until the Studio City cows come home.

Cilla, I hope the cold front you mentioned comes through here soon. Today is supposed to be the worst of the 7 day heat wave. I'll just stay on the 24th Floor in the AC thank you.

Today's notes bring to mind the raccoon storyteller, who leads his group on the "Raccoon-tour."

The heat index may hit 100, and I may hit 23000 posts today.

The insomnia may have been brought on by the bad news I received yesterday regarding a long-time theater friend.

Good morning, all!

I vaguely remember a dream about chasing a bus containing luggage owned by DR Ben and Anthony abd a name "Chermondeley" or something like that, but it is now all a cypher.

My boy Joshie wants some help today with the On The Town Broadway orchestra parts, so I am debating whether I should go to Columbia or go down to City Center, see him this morning, and head back home before the temperatures climb to 95 around 2:00.  I'll call him in an hour and talk to him about it.

BK, the raccoon situation is creepy.  Isn't it the scent of mint that repels them?

DR cillaliz, I am still seething over this ass who thinks he's Dr Big Game Dentist.  I so hope this megillah ruins his practice and sends him to an African prison.

He closed his practice's website.

BUT

The YELP Review page is still active and people have been posting their thoughts on it. I would have to say his practice is finished.

A vague dream or two -- of interest, but nothing to write home about.

I live in a woodsy area of a small town, and we have all kinds of wildlife coming through here.  (Don't let that dentist know.)  But in one sighting, and apparently in one great party being thrown on his roof yesterday, BK saw more raccoons than I have in these past 20 years combined.

Annette's home situation reminds me how little care my brothers rook of my dad's house after he died.  It sat empty, the weeds grew, and people broke in and stripped the place bare. Several times.

Morning, all!

Spending time with family and the score to On The Town? Just about my idea of heaven (I may have mentioned in years gone by that the George Wolfe revival at the Delacorte was one of my most favorite theatrical experiences).

Vibes to Vixmom.
