EVERY DAY A LITTLE DEATH

Well, you've read the notes, the notes wished the venal, disgusting thieves every day a little death, and now it is time for you to post until the cows come home - they, too, had a debit card compromised and someone spent all their MOOney.

Good morning, all!

My day will be a quiet one.  My friend Matthew and i will see a movie this evening, hopefully MR HOLMES.  If his afternoon job finishes early enough, we might have some dinner before.

There are vague memories of peculiar dreams, one with Vivian Blaine, whom I met in the mid-1980s, but I remember none of the particulars.

If the lighting designer has problems with a show, then perhaps it's perhaps better to find another.  I would think there are many looking for work in LA. as there are in Manhattan.

There is now a follow up to this ersatz Victor Herbert show: a lot of tinkly piano (none in the original orchestra), reduced orchestra, and it's a "revision" by the choreographer for the BABES IN TOYLAND I musically adapted years ago in Texas.

I see his name prominently displayed on both recordings.  Perhaps I should have done the same with mine? Lord, no.

Since INTO THE WOODS closed last night, and presumably struck their set and cleaned up the place....we will be putting up our set today at 1 p.m.

I may go over for awhile......and take some pictures.
