DR JohnDaw, when you say you skipped church this morning does that mean you weren't singing?

John made it to church this morning because he had to play bells. And for a group without a director, we did pretty darn good, if I do say so myself.

Vibes for a good week ahead to all!

And cooler temps, please.

Your mouth to God's ear on both.

Watching Dumbo. Haven't seen it in years. I think this has the best score of all the Disney animated films. "Casey Jr.," "When I Sees an Elephant Fly," "Baby Mine," "Pink Elephants." One after another, they're just wonderful.

DR John G., I didn't know you played in a bell choir!  That's great!

Thanks for the vibes, DR Jeanne. It's gradually better. It only hurts when I have to wear shoes.

Yup. I have for the past 15 years or so. Really enjoyable.

Well, we're at five minutes and there's only one person in the audience!  I think we're going to cancel again. :-\

It's official.  We're cancelling.  The one woman who came said that she can come back next weekend.  She otherwise seemed very supportive of us and really wanted us to know that she'll come back.

I don't think that we will ever have Sunday night shows at 9:00 again...heat be damned!

Sorry about the low turnout, George, but I can understand that on a Sunday night.

Started listening to the new King and I recording. Kelli O'Hara has had all the life mannered out of her. She's stiffer than a corset. And her accent is half Julie Andrews, half Helen Trabel and wholly unconvincing.

Needless to say, I'm not a fan. Glad I only got it from the library, so I didn't actually buy it.
