I read that the sequel to the GIRL WITH THE DRAGON TATTOO series will be released soon. The new author is a Swedish journalist and novelist. Will anyone here be reading it?

Our local Post Office continues to skip delivery about one day every few weeks. I think it's a effort to cut costs.

I've never known so many people having surgery. My friend Jan just had surgery and will have a second, small one soon. She'll go with me to my first eye surgery. Then her husband will have a hip replacement. Sheesh!

Well, it's time for me to leave. I have to feed my friend's cats and fish, and see what the ant situation is like. I bought some "ant hotels" and I'll put them out. Hopefully, it'll help. We'll see.

Had a good and necessary pre-rehearsal, and then we all went and had a bite to eat - I ordered a burrito with eggs, cheese and onion, with a side of guacamole and salsa. The burrito that arrived was good, but had not more than a pittance of cheese, if any, and no onion.
