Well, you've read the notes, the notes told of the demolishing of the Annette house, and now it is time for you to post until the demolished cows come home.

And now, to bed.  I didn't get a lot of sleep last night and tonight will be a long day.

Have a good day, all!

The lesson from yesterday is: it is hard to stand on your feet for the whole day if you're not used to it.

The state fair was great, and I talked to a lot of people.

I am back to Columbia this morning. Everything is ready to go.  I had an email from my copyist Scott yesterday; he's almost through his reformat of Act One.

I sympathize with DR John G. on his benedryl. My season fall allergies have kicked in with a vengeance this past week. My nose runneth, and I feel like scratching my eyes and throat out.

Earlier this year, following a request from a Facebook friend, I helped a British high school boy with his composition and orchestration. Tonight I am meeting my Facebook friend and his son the composer, who graduated with honors, for dinner before they see On The Town. The trip to New York was a graduation gift.

My adopted son Joshie is back from his jaunt to Vienna, Budapest, and Prague, and I may see a play, The Weir, at the Irish Rep with him tomorrow. Otherwise, I will spend my weekend working on the small orchestration job I have for an October 20 recording.

Why, with just a minimal amount of nonsense, we could take this baby all the way to Page 2 at an unGodly hour of the morning!

DR John G. - do you find it difficult to use your CPAP mask when your allergies are at their worst?

Nice to have a job and some income.  I figure it will essentially cover the costs of the Ohio trip: cars to and from LaGuardia, expenses in Ohio, and possibly a new suit.
