Well, you've read the notes, the notes had decisions and decisions, and now it is time for you to post until the decisive cows come home.

Well, there was rain last night during the outdoor movies, but not enough for anyone to leave or to stop the movies!  It also never got too cold, so it turned out to to be a fun time for all!  "Raiders of the Lost Ark" is still a great movie.  I'd remembered most if it.  It really is a simple story told well.

Today, my sister's boyfriend and I are going to see Randy Newman in concert at the St. Michelle winery in Woodinville, WA.

I bought the tickets for him for his birthday, and expected that my sister would go, but for some reason she's not.

It's an outdoor theater (another outdoor event!).  From what I remember, the concert will happen rain or shine.  The performers are covered, but the audience isn't.  It'll be an adventure!

I wonder if there's an indie film in vixmom's story yesterday.

TOD:

Research, pondering and instincts are my decision-making tools.  Then, when I'm ready, I feel the fear, but do it anyway.

I don't recall who first used that last phrase, but I love it.

Good morning, all.

A pretty decent sleep was had, I guess, but the usual odd, silly dreams prevailed.

Today is a family reunion on my mother's side.  I will get to see a lot of cousins I usually only see at funerals.

I am taking my camera to get photographic evidence that we are all still alive.

Of eight children in my mother's family.....four are still living:  two brother and two sisters (including mother) - and I think they will all be there.

We can't leave my dad alone too long....my brother in law is coming to sit with him....my mom says half an hour.....but I bet she stays longer.

If the decision involves something I am in charge of.....I am quick and then I move on....

If it involves convincing stupid people of their stupidity, sometimes I just forget it....and move on myself....

I think it is wonderful when families have reunions.  I do hope your mother stays longer.

Good morning, all!  My back is treating me poorly today, so I stayed in bed and dozed for about an hour, then figured to hell with it.

Just remembered what the silly aggravating dream was.  No point in describing it.  Suffice it to say that I have to finish programming this Assassins book before these dreams can be banished.

I've had no word from Joshie, so I am assuming we will not see The Weir this afternoon.  I will work on this recording chart and full out the forms for my Ohio gig.

DR vixmom, your day was really traumatic.  I'm happy Steve got to Canada and all ended as well as it did. I'm sorry about the theft, but happy the wallet was recovered.

Saturday morning greetings!  I stayed up late last night to watch the Tonight Show rerun with Barbra Streisand.  I wish the host had let her talk more.  Anyway, my late night resulted in my sleeping until almost 9am.
