OUTAGE OR NO OUTAGE

Well, you've read the notes, the notes either had an outage or didn't have an outage, and now it is time for you to post until the outed cows come home.

Vivian Eng was a lovely lady.  What we most remember was the fun and honest joy every time she saw Skip or us with our dogs.  She'd have the most enjoyable laugh and was such a kind person.

This was on the Times Square Chronicles.

An odd but okay sleep was had, with dreams that I can't recall but which seem to have been sort of realistic and logical ..... which is probably just what they wanted me to think, so I'm not having any of it.

Coffee!

Yesterday really seemed like Friday, so today most assuredly SHOULD be Friday.  But it's not.  Tomorrow will seem like an eternity.

I for one am very glad it's only Thursday.  I'll be spending the entire day on ASSASSINS and should be very nearly finished with it tonight.

Sorry, DR Kerry, but I must insist... it's only Thursday, and that's the way I'm having it.  No changes allowed.

Good morning, all! Another bad night: wide awake at 5:00am, fell back to sleep around 6:00 after my alarm rang.  I think tonight I will hold off on the muscle relaxer until just before bed and see if I sleep through until 8.  This cannot continue.

I'm not going to Columbia, so I will work on the Rodgers & Hart song "I Gotta Get Back To New York."

I got a note from our DR Ron Pulliam to relay:
Currently not able to post at HHW and want folks to know how much I appreciate their greetings.  Bruce is looking into why my log-in info won't work!

I think I need to purchase a new suit.  I'm also thinking I should purchase it in Ohio over the weekend I arrive so that any alterations can be made by Wednesday afternoon.

Ideas, DR Ginny?  You may have to come shopping with me.

Also, purchasing a suit there will keep me from having to cart it with me.

DR Elmore, Richard and Rob buy their suits at Jos.A.Bank, which you can see has several locations in the area.  We'd be glad to go with you!

Jos A. Bank is good - and that suit will last and last.

I prefer Burlington Coat Factory only because they sell the coat, trousers, vest all separately so that you can get a good fit.  BUT JAB I think does alterations....and their selection is greater for sure.

They seem a bit more expensive than I can afford.

TOD:

What I love about the inner web:

HHW, Ebay, You Tube, being able to find old friends and photos of interesting locations, and being able to research musicals and plays.

What I hate about the inner web:

Stupid people, political rants which are not discussions but one-sided rants by people who want to change your mind with stupid arguments....

Making stars of people with NO talent or reason for notoriety....

It can be a colossal waste of time.....
