Good night, all.

Today was the 28th anniversary for the DH and I. Well, the 25th since our ceremony, the 28th of our being together.

We celebrated in spectacular fashion by adjourning, each to our own separate choir rehearsals this evening.        :P

Happy(?) Anniversary, Singdaw!! :D

Well, crap.  I left my tablet at work.  I was going to watch "America's Got Talent" up in my bedroom and post from my tablet (awkward as it can be), but now I can't.

I do need to make a trek to Ikea.  Haven't been in years.  I wonder what the closest one to me is now.

Well there's one on Long Island you can buy some Swedish meatballs and ligonberries to take home and eat at a diner with a Long Island friend or two

Tonight I got asked to judge a bourbon blending competition in which we are to go to nine bars and taste nine bourbons.

Sounds fun, except I apparently asked the wrong question: Who's driving?

That has not been considered yet.

I am trying not to laugh out loud as Keith is attempting to fall asleep.  While managing to stay quiet I am shaking the bed a little.

Would someone please tell me?

I am still laughing.  Did you manage to keep a straight face?

Back from a very good final dress with some folks in the audience.

Learned a few things but mostly it was fun.

My mom called to day and asked if I would come over and put together a chainsaw on a pole.

I'm assuming it's not a motorized chainsaw (that would be too heavy and quite unwieldy).

It's so that they can cut branches that are very high up in trees.

Anyway, she said that it shouldn't be too difficult and since I'm the assembler of the family, I'm going over.

The base piece is semi-heavy, but is mostly awkward.
