BK,

Getting an audience in Equity Waiver theater in Los Angeles and its surroundings  has never been easy.

My opening night performance of ORSON WELLES played to an audience of two.

Today is the day for writing the Thank You notes....so we shall see what we shall see.

The man from Carlisle-Branson who brought the flowers to our home yesterday morning said that my father's service was one of the biggest that they had had for awhile.

It was indeed a huge crowd, and extra chairs had to be brought out of the store room so everyone could sit down for the service.

DR Jrand may the "business" end of this go well.  It can distract from the emotional part for awhile.

I'm back! I haven't had bacon in years and it was really delicious.

Today, I have to work a bit on my presentation, and run some errands.

What a nice morning this is-- we even had a bit of rain.  Pancakes and bacon would make it perfect!

Is anybody delivering? I'll have pancakes and bacon brought to the door. Please.

We are going to have french toast this morning made with thick challah slices.  Keith's slices have cranberries & orange and mine just raisins.  I like the cranberries but not the orange peel.

Whew! The Twin Cities marathon is today. The marker point for the final mile runs a few blocks from here.

That means blocked streets, traffic, crowds, and helicopters.

What would normally take about 10 minutes to return from church took about 50.

Black Lives Matter was threatening to prevent runners from finishing the race.

I hope that saner heads have prevailed.

Sunday afternoon greetings!  Richard and I are back from an uneventful trip to Lima.  Shortly after we left there I had a delightful cell phone call from DR Elmore and we've made some plans for the week.

Ohio vibes for DR ELMORE.

I just watched the first two episodes of the new season of "How To Get Away With Murder."  Famke Janssen guest starred in these episodes and it turns out that her character and Annalise Keating (played by Emmy winner Viola Davis) have known each other for a long time...and [NO SPOILERS HERE].

Back.  And what is this?

I've driven to deepest darkest Connecticut and back, played a Sondheim show, stopped at the supermarket for some supplies, and we're on PAGE TWO?

We have been enjoying our beautiful day.  The sun is shining, it is 79 degrees, and there are too many sailboats on the river to count.

I should get off the computer and go back to watching the sailboats.  We took a long walk along one section of the river and will walk here later on.

If you had gone over the river and through the woods to grandmother's house, things might have turned out differently.
