This was posted on Facebook yesterday by Mel England, an actor, and a staunch supporter of the Pro-99 movement here in LA.

""WOW! At the "amazing" Bruce Kimmel's one-"girl" show "Welcome to my World" (Bruce wrote the wildly perfect book, lyric and music), performed with stamina, skill and grace by the phenomenally talented 15 year old Sami Staitman! Broadway level work. And, yes, in a 99 seat theatre. Her future is bright, and Bruce just showed us how it's done! #Pro99"

Very nice!!!!!

Social Security has been informed and benefits corrected......bank has been visited and accounts brought up to date.

Only one small pension account yet to be handled.

Thank you cards being written and will be sent out on Wednesday.

I have heard of certain flowers or plants sent to the service that had the names of people on them to take home......mostly businesses.....my sister-in-law's mother called and said she wanted the plant that she sent......so I gave it to her.....

I should have GIVEN IT TO HER.....but the restraining spirit has been strong within me the last few days......some people don't realize how thankful they should be.

Because no day is complete without men in leather slapping themselves about while women yodel in the background. Here's are snippets from Germany's famed musical, Im weissen Roessl (aka White Horse Inn):

My mom, being born and raised in Bavaria, Germany, would LOVE this!

:D

So was my mom. Where's your mom from?

 :o

I've seen people carry arrangements home with them.  I was of the opinion they were told to take them by the family.  Really, why sent a plant and expect it back, just don't send it then.

I greatly admire your restraint.

Apparently my sister cashed a check after my father passed away  ::)  My brother had to return it after my sister passed away and he could finally see what was going on.

You are very organized.

I should buy a lottery ticket today. I sprayed the wasp nest last night in anticipation of yard work this morning. I didn't know there were others. One was only inches from where I was cutting down a dead shrub.

(I just fainted.)

I very much enjoyed finally being able to listen to Welcome to My World, and I've just posted my little review on Amazon.

But something weird is definitely going on with this, because while mine is counted on the product page as a third review, it has yet to display for me.  I can still only see DR singdaw's and the other person's reviews.

Amazon's email to me saying it was posted gives me a link which takes me to my review on a page all by itself, with no links on that page back to the CD.  This is utterly bizarre.  I've never experienced anything like it in leaving reviews and comments.

Woops, my mistake.  There is indeed a link on that page (now, at least), and it says there are 3 customer reviews.  But nothing I click on, or refresh, makes mine show up on the product page with the others.  Can anyone else see it?

Edit:   Gotta run.  I'll check on it again later.

I talked about this Amazon weirdness the other day - it's taking a day or more for the review to actually show up, even though it's counted there and should be there.  I've written Amazon about it and they have not responded.

Well, I must go.  I'm picking up my friend from the airport and her plane's coming in around 6:00.  It's prime traffic jam time.  Hopefully, I don't get there too early or too late.

Be back later. :)

My day in the hills of Oxford has come to an end. It was fantastic!  I am very pleased with the day's events, and I will leave it at that.

Tomorrow, Wright State University.

On my iPad, NONE of the reviews display even though counted.  Even when hitting the links for "yes, damn it to hell, show me the damned reviews ".

This is on both Safari and one other browser.

Now all three reviews are not showing.  My guess?  I think you all know what my guess is and it involves the usual troublemaker.
