According to the new doctor, her recovery time will just be a matter of days, rather than weeks.

I'm getting around okay now, but if I need somebody to help, I'll bring somebody in. However, knock wood, it doesn't seem like that will be necessary under the new plan.

Friday afternoon greetings! Couldn't log on this morning before we had to leave for an unexpected return visit to my new eye doctor. On Wednesday I was having some symptoms that could have been a retinal detachment, but I ignored them until Thursday morning because we had fun things to do. Doc does surgeries on Thursdays, but they got me in this morning. No detachment, but he wants to see me in 2 weeks for a recheck. My eyes are very blurry

I've asked what the problem is for two mornings in a row. If you can believe it, they STILL haven't moved us to whatever our new server thing is - that was supposed to happen this week, although it was supposed to happen a year ago, too.
