Actually, and unfortunately, the phone conversation was a bit of a dud.

Darn.

Sorry about the phone call dud DR ELMORE.

Breaking legs vibes for DR GEORGE......is this the show that DR JANE is seeing?

Unfortunately no.  We are going to see DR TCB in Second Samuel.

I really DISLIKE Groban's "Broadway" CD....when did he turn into Mandy Patinkin?

Ha! I'd rather listen to the goats.

Thanks, Jrand!  And no, the show that Jane will be seeing is a show that TCB is in and will be in January.  I'm also going to see that. :)

He's not nearly so bad as Mandy Patinkin. :)

It is pouring out, not the best day to get a haircut & have my hair styled.  It won't look good for long.  I think I might skip my evening walk.

As I headed out last night I realized my warmest gloves were not in my coat jacket where I keep them.  I looked for them in the dark on a section of the path I figured I had lost them earlier.  I don't go into the park at night.  This morning I headed there first.  Since I have two spare left gloves I mostly wanted to find the right glove.

Someone found one of my gloves and stuck it on top of a branch so that it was standing straight up.

YES, it was the right glove.  :)

Have I ever posted Suzy Perelman's videos of my adopted son Joshie's violin lessons with his brother Jeremy?

I am a very proud poppa. Joshie's on the right, Jeremy's down front. I love Suzy, a funny lady and excellent violinist.

Two for two in my restaurant birthday celebrations last night and today.

Richard took me, Rob, and Mary Linda to the newly-opened nearby Cheesecake Factory for dinner last night.  The kids' food arrived and, per our custom, we encouraged them to begin eating while it was hot.  We thought our plates would be right along, but after quite a while the manager visited our table.  He said Richards pork chop was not sufficiently cooked and they'd dropped my chicken enchiladas.  They were starting over on both meals and we would not be charged for them.

Then at lunch at Panera with Becky today, I discovered that they'd left the parchment separator on the cheese in my sandwich.  They replaced it, of course, and gave me a $10 gift card.

Maybe I should buy a lottery ticket...
