I put my name in to direct ON GOLDEN POND in July.....my life has changed since we put the show on the program.....it is more difficult to read the script right now.  I think I will still put my name in....I think I can direct the play better now.

Vibes you get to direct it!

~~~Ditto!!~~~
Twenty minutes ago, just as soon as the Seahawks finished beating the Baltimore Ravens, the delivery man knocked on my door with a package for me from Vixmom.  Thank you so very much!
On a Sunday?
She must have connections!
Nicky got tired of sleeping on my lap (my leg tends to twitch from time to time), so he curled up and slept under the Christmas tree.
TCB, you mentioned seeing Capathia Jenkins. Have you heard her on "Great Joy: A Gospel Christmas"? Really fun album. They take the lyrics of a great many Christmas favorites and give new, gospel melodies to them.
No, I haven't but I may have to check it out.  Her concert closing version of "O Holy Night" was truly incredible and earned a rare spontaneous standing ovation (but not from me).
The theater in Vegas where the Republican debates will be held on Tuesday night seems to be the same theater where the Vegas "Phantom of the Opera" played.
Hmmm....
Then they should bring back the cast to serenade the candidates with either "Poor Fool, He Makes Me Laugh" or "The Point of No Return."
Well, I have to go now.  I have a union meeting in an hour and I need to get ready for it.  I'll be back afterward.
Have a good say, all!
Just home from a brutal four-hour rehearsal.
Here's the problem:  Too much talent graduated in the last couple of years, leaving a great void which has yet to be filled.
In other news, I'll be borrowing the full score to the Leroy Anderson after these concerts to make a piano reduction.
What I should do is use the project as a means of finally learning Finale...
How dare they let the talented students graduate!
Cooking up some chicken, mushrooms, onions in the wacky noodles sauce which will then go on some white rice.
I'm bored waiting for my nails and towels to dry, hopefully my nails will dry before the towels, and both before we have to leave.
Hello everyone. I am very E & T. I know I've been in a rut of worry. On top of that, I battled a flu even with the shot, and the computer woes, which happen every few days. Even though I try not to worry, I still do. This Wednesday I'm scheduled to have a check-up with my oncologist. I'll try to sleep Tuesday night, but my mind will keep going.
Thanks. I want to. I try to stay upbeat, but I always fear the worst. Like the Mel Brooks song from "The Twelve Chairs": Hope for the Best, Expect the Worst.
