Tom, have you tried magnesium oil? I buy some from Amazon for about $7 that comes in a spray bottle. It's easy to spray on muscle spasms. I find it helps a bit.

We had a bit of rain, but it seems to have ended. Every bit helps in our drought. It doesn't end the drought, but it does help to green things up.

I could try it. The problem is with the stenosis in the lower lumbar section of my spine. They decided not to operate on it because half of the lumbar region has already been fused. I will try to order some magnesium from Amazon this week and see if it helps.
