T.O.D.

I don't believe I have seen a movie since LE MIZ and that was 2014.  So I will have to excuse myself from the Topic of the Day

Topic of the Day (in no particular order):

Inside Out
The Martian
Avengers: Age of Ultron
Ex Machina
Far from the Madding Crowd

That's all I can think of right now.  I know that there are more.

Good morning. I felt crappy yesterday, so I slept off and on all day. Joshie was very happy to have me home.

TOD: I haven't seen a movie since ... um ... a long long time.

That oughta be the title of something-or-other.

I had one unsettling dream: a couple of weeks I dreamed that I had moved into an apartment on Broadway and 27th Street, but it was haunted by a really evil spirit that I was terrified to stay there, so I kept returning to my Upper West Side place.  So, last night I dreamed that I had decided to leave the 27th Street place.  Much of the dream was about my going from room to room determining what to grab and what to dump before the ghost got restless.

The laundry is in the washers.  I should be finished by 10:30 at the latest.  Then, around 11:00, I'll head for a bus to Lincoln Center.  I want to stop at a dept. store before I go to the practice room. Then I can walk down to the corner of Amsterdam and take a No. 11 bus home.

I love BROKEN LANCE.  It's a terrific Western.

It was directed by my late publicity client, Edward Dmytryk.

TOD:

Since I don't go to movie theaters any longer, I haven't seen that many 2015 films, since the type of movies I like usually come out near the end of the year and haven't been released yet onto DVD.

Of those I have seen, I enjoyed:

WOMAN IN GOLD

Monday morning greetings!  I slept much better last night - 7 solid hours - and have a lot more ambition than yesterday.  We've spent about an hour putting the lights on our Christmas tree and we're only about 2/3 done.  Richard has a couple of appointments this afternoon, so we're taking a break and I'll do some other things.

DR Cillaliz, we also enjoyed the Snow White program last night, followed by the Pilgrim documentary on PBS.
