Well, you've read the notes, the notes felt like yesterday's notes today, and now it is time for you to post until yesterday's cows come home.

I should like to eat banana macaroni salad whilst attending a music concert at DR Laura's church.

I think they would pair beautifully!

I will work today on the SATB version of the Dreidel Song.  Now that the one version is actually written, all I need to do is rethink where the vocal parts will now be reassigned.

At 10:00 this morning I'm meeting my friend Kyle Guglielmo for coffee.  I haven't seen him since we finished recording ROBERTA in February last year.  He played one of the Collegians.

I am so poor I have absolutely no Christmas spirit this season.  I need to drag out a few things to rev up my spirits.  I'm so damned poor that I do not know if anyone will be receiving anything from me.

I had counted on this orchestration job for the NYC Gay Men's Chorus and the Philharmonic to cover the holidays and pay for new glasses, but after being asked about my availability, I never heard another word from the Chorus.  The concert's tonight, and I clearly did not work on it. Color me bitter.

I watched about half of a movie on The Fox Channel (Retro) Collection:

Holiday for Lovers based on a play by Ronald Alexander who also wrote Time Out for Ginger - which was made into Billie a Patty Duke movie.

This particular CinemaScope and DeLuxe Color extravaganza stars Clifton Webb and Jane Wyman as the parents of Jill St. John and Carol Lynley.  I'm not sure any of the stars traveled to Sao Paolo, but their doubles spent a lot of time walking around the town.

Some of it was amusing:

"Well we should be happy for her that she is studying under Eduardo Borrosos."

"'With...' can we please say 'studying with'!"

After all the critics "Best Picture"  awards it has been receiving, I've been toying with the idea of renting the new MAD MAX movie, even though it's no really my cup of tea.

And, after reading BK's comments on the picture, I'm still not sure if I want to see it.

Of course, I'm not really sure if I want to see the new STAR WARS movie either.

Yesterday or the day before, I forgot to write on the TOD, that on Friday evenings we watched a show on CBS called YOU ARE THERE.

It always took us to the site of some world event that had happened that week.  It was always entertaining.  I think Walter Cronkite hosted it.  It was a filmed show, so it wasn't like the news, but it told more about at least one story that had been reported that week.
