I spent most of the day working on a new song - I began it not knowing if it would work out or not - the subject will definitely be in the show, but my uncertainty was because I wasn't sure if there should be a song attached, but I wrote the first part and really liked it - it took a while to get the scan right and the layout right, but I'm really enjoying it now.  At the moment it's two short verses and a chorus and a bridge that turns itself into an ending - I think that's how you'd describe it but maybe there's some other way.  Whether I write another section is anyone's guess - the way it is now would lead us directly into the bit I want to do.  I do love the title, which is Every Wednesday Night, and those who lived in LA during the 50s and 60s will know from that title exactly what the song is about.  But I could also go with my first title, which was RIchmond 9-5171, which I also like.
