What does your sister use instead of meat in the tacos?

Tofu with taco seasonings.  It's actually quite tasty...definitely not "meat," but it's good for what it is.

For gifts, I got gift cards from my dad, and some chocolates and a screwdriver from my aunt.

I don't have a problem with the taste, it is the texture of tofu that I don't like.

She's a nun, on a limited income, and gives very unusual gifts like that.

Yes, a screwdriver. :)

Did you drink it?

No, it's actually a pretty cool screwdriver called the Bit 360.  Watch the video to see how it works.  I'm really going to be able to use this!

Is she up here for Christmas?

No, she sent it.  She was supposed to come up this past summer with my other aunt, but neither could make it.  Hopefully, next summer they'll both be able to visit.

On the way out I bumped into my co-coordinator for the soup kitchen and she mentioned we had left a back of supplies behind.  I reLized I had taken that bag and put it need a counter so I popped over to the soup kitchen and retrieved it
