Is It only your apartment that is having these issues with no heat and no light? Or are there issues with the whole building?

This is terrible  what are they doing about this?

Nope, I am the only lucky one.

I keep thinking about dropping the disc option, but there have been a couple of times that I needed to bring a movie somewhere else, so it's a nice option.  But, I don't really watch enough of them to justify, but I just haven't gotten rid of the option, yet.

I have Netflix streaming as well.  Recently, I subscribed to Showtime just for Homeland.... and that was one of the best investments EVER

I haven't watched Netflix or Amazon Prime in over a month.  Not that I don't enjoy them, I just don't seem to have time.

I was watching Making a Murderer  It's actually pretty good. I have lots more episodes to watch.  I'll have to do a little binge watching over the next few days.

I cancel Netflix quite often and then when there is something I really want to watch I start it up again. That way I only pay for a few months a year

I have Amazon prime for the free shipping but I don't watch movies very often.  I'm already tired of watching tv so I'm likely to watch more movies over the next week.

I have a Roku system which I watch Amazon and Netflix.  I have a free 30 day trial for Showtime and for Hulu, but I haven't tried either one yet.  Maybe after the play opens.

I only get Netflix streaming.   I have occasionally had HBO for a month or two if there is something I really want to see, then I cancel that too.

Well, I'm on vacation all week so I finally have time to watch movies.  There just isn't much interesting on tv right now so I renewed netflix and will have to check out Amazon Prime too. I sort of forgot about that

Right now, I think I am going to bed.  I need to get up and move snow in the morning.  We only got about 5-6 inches so it won't be too bad

Last year, I upgraded my Internet and cable access through Comcast to get the bundled Internet/TV/phone (which I really didn't need, nor do I use it), but it included all the pay channels: HBO, Showtime, Cinemax and Stars...and maybe one other.

None of the sports packages, or foreign language channels, though.  But I rarely watch any of it.  I just keep up with the shows that I've been watching, and have recorded a few movies from those channels, but I don't watch them regularly.  Maybe when I get my act together and clean my TV room and set up my new TV there, I'll get more into it, but not yet. :-\
