I'm watching Coco Before Chanel tonight. Audrey Tatou is wonderful. And the images are beautifully composed. But it's somewhat lifeless at times.

The view from the stage:

Very nice. I have some theater going to attend to the next time I'm in Germany.

For the past two days I have been reading The Martian.  I had thought I could finish it yesterday, but that would have been pushing it.  Today, for sure, then back to some other things.  It's been a great read.

I'm very glad now that I didn't run out to the movie.  I've enjoyed picturing things the old fashioned way, and I'll enjoy the film for itself all the more later.

I just signed up for the Audible free trial which gave me 2 free books.  I have not chosen the 2nd book yet but my first download was th Martian which I thought would be good to listen to on our trip to Florida

Watching a video of the first act of Sweet Charity with Christina Applegate, who is surprisingly winning in the title role.

We're having a double feature!

It is not an Adriana Hofstetter mystery - it is not the sequel to Red Gold.

This damn video has been uploading for an hour already and it's still twenty minutes away from finishing.  If it hadn't gone this far I'd just stop it now and try again tomorrow.

Tonight the Prop Master, the Costumer, and the Box Office Manager all sat out in the house and watched the run-through, along with the director.

It was so nice having some audience response, even if it was only four people.  We need an audience -- NOW!
