Is it possible for you to remind people,. as you approach the deadline, that you will no longer accept late work?  Just this once since it will be the first time.

I will make it clear on the weekly reminders that the deadline is absolute.

It will make it easier to defend your actions, not that you should have too since there is the deadline.  Your mistake has been that you have been too kind in the past.

Are you sure it isn't the first day?  The sun was setting here at 4:30 not too long ago.

I got a very nice mention in the New York Times' New York Today column today.  (I've been posting parody lyrics there for several months.)  The Times writer, Noah Remnick, even linked the nice Lin-Manuel Miranda tweet.

The mention is in the closing "AND FINALLY" section.  You'd need to scroll down to that section.

That's great, Fred!  Congrats!

Back from market.  I won $15.00 on last week's lottery.

That's great, Larry!  $15 is better than nothing! ;D

Question, maybe just for Bruce & Vixmom regarding the cost of dental work.

My friend's daughter in-law, due to a cancer treatment,  needs all her teeth removed.  Four implants will be done to hold the two bridges in place.

$50,000 seems unreasonably high to me.

Oh, my goodness! :o

I was thinking of getting one for a young friend in England, until I saw the price +shipping.

It is time to walk the dog, only I can barely stay awake.  I haven't slept in 3 nights.

This morning, when I got to City Center, I rode the elevator with Ruben Santiago-Hudson, who's directing Cabin in the sky. I really like him; he's quite a nice man.  When i met him, I told him I missed him on CASTLE; he said he missed the money.

Ruben Santiago-Hudson was the artistic director for August Wilson's American Century Cycle for The Green Space.  For a while, you could download the entire series on audio mp3s, and watch videos of the readings, but they're no longer available on the website.

I was able to download all 10 shows (audio version only, though) before they were made no longer available. :)

However, I don't know if they're available for purchase, or if they ever will be.

I haven't needed a flashlight on my evening walk for almost a week now.

Well, I must be off.  Time for rehearsal.  Since everything went well last night (both acting-wise and tech), we're going at the real start time, which will be at 8:00 pm.

I forgot my tablet at home, so I can't post from the theater. :(

Be back later. :)

It seems like a bargain, Jane , dental work is extraordinarily expensive and it is generally not covered by insurance,
