Well, you've read the notes, the notes had a lot of turkey, and now it is time for you to post until the Old Turkey cows come home.

The first half of the commission fee for the "Appalachian Requiem" landed in my account this morning, so that will cover the Ohio property taxes next week. That's a big burden off my proverbial shoulders.

Not a terrible sleep, but it would have been better without the annoying repetitious dream this morning about some TCM-created supplements to movies.  I'm not making this up.

LOL, DR cillaliz! I've never liked nor trusted Donald Trump, but there's still a side of me that thinks this whole Nazi-Fascist presidential game he's playing is a shill for the Democrats to keep the GOP off-balance and in turmoil.

And now we've got our former mayor Bloomberg playing at being Ralph Nader. All very interesting  .  .  .

My eyes need new glasses but my critical eye caught two spelling errors that were neither mine nor DR vixmom's: my favorite was The Sty of the Blond Pig, not brunette, not a redhead, and not blind.

DR George, I saw the first NYC production of On the Verge. It was just glorious.  I remember nothing about the actual plot, but I remember how much fun it was, and how moving, the three actresses were quite wonderful, and it was imaginatively directed.  I had forgotten that it was a production of The Acting Company.  I would have guess Roundabout or Playwrights Horizons:

I've been pissed at my doctor for two days about this X-ray referral and her lack of response.  Well, she did respond two days ago, but the HMO website did not notify me that I had received an email. Color me embarrassed.

TOD:
1. There's a bad guy who goes after the good guy by making friends with everyone in the good guy's family without the good guy knowing about it.
2. The good guy saves the world at the end by killing/sacrificing himself.
I don't ever need to see those again.

I'm sure there are some cliché plots that I love, but I can't think of any right now.

TOD 2:

The visitors lost in an exotic land just happen upon a remote village on choreography night/sacrifice night/high holy day.
