My choir hosted a small get together after Mass at a choir members home for a lovely bday nosh and drinks. Tonight, dinner at "The Vans" which is a local establishment that is one of my fave's with a few of my pals.

I went out and did an errand, came back, finished the commentary (including the two new numbers), worked on the song a bit, and now I'll get ready for the arrival of Sami and mom at four-thirty. Genghis Cohen at five.

Sounds good. It looks similar to (but I imagine it's better than) the Casio Privia PX-350-something-or-other I got a few years ago -- which I've ended up not using very much so it's serving as a valuable space taker-upper.

I went to a museum board meeting on Friday. There were 4 people in the room other than me at the time. I was told three of them had very bad colds. Good grief

Today I went to lunch with my friend who also moved here from Buffalo. His 91 year old mother-in-law joined us. We then went back to her assisted living facility and visited for a while. His wife is currently in San Francisco visiting her son, daughter-in-law and baby.

I'm home now, but only for a little bit. The house manager for TAO's show tonight can't make it, so I said that I could. I need to deliver the money till anyway, so I might as well stay and see the show instead of having to go back all the way downtown at 10:30 pm tonight.
