A FINE DAY OF MANY PARTS

Well, you've read the notes, the notes were fine and had many parts, and now it is time for you to post until the fine and many-parted cows come home.

Good morning, all! I had planned to sleep an extra hour but my body told me to get yp.  I was having a weird dream in which I was traveling with two older ladies (sisters?) and we were dressed in clothing from around 1910. I remember waving to them from a window. They were both dressed in black and white stripes, sitting at a table and eating a pink sherbet. I was trying to pack my bags.

This is another 1776 day with Joshie.  Tomorrow is his birthday.

My new debit card arrived yesterday, but I cannot access my online account because the bank has issued a new PIN that has not arrived yet.

I also need to refill my Metrocard today, but I need to find a subway station with a subway booth and an attendant.

This afternoon, a camera crew is coming to my house to film an interview with me about Basil Rathbone. (You may recall that I wrote a book about him about 40 years ago, which is still available in paperback.) The interview will appear on the UK Blu-ray release of THE HOUND OF THE BASKERVILLES.

The BAD NEWS is that this edition of HOUND won't be available in the USA. The GOOD NEWS is that I am being paid to do the interview.

 :)

Fighting the good fight here.  Fortunately I don't feel sick in the slightest, except for tiredness, but my voice is in the gutter.  I'm staying in, staying warm, and popping everything in sight.

Good morning. The alarm cats went off particularly early in my house today.

Wednesday morning greetings!  I lost count of how many times I woke up last night coughing and gasping for air.  Makes for a pretty groggy morning...

Have fun in Vegas, DR Jane.  It's one of my least favorite places on the planet, but I'd go there to visit relatives.

And what did I just buy but Shop Rite's "Adult Tussin DM".  I think that's what they call it.  These are all the Robitussin DM formula at a fraction of the price of the name brand.  Mine was 1/3 the price.
