Nope. Not with my bank.

Good for your bank.  My credit union charges a fee, but since I rarely receive any checks, I don't use the service...and I don't have a smart phone.

TCB, yes decided and it was on the Indiegogo page for over a week before it finally sold - $400.

I've put up the programs perk, for those interested.  I also found some posters from the Menken/Schwartz benefit I directed back in 2007, I think - signed by everyone - Cindy Williams, Alice Ripley, Bruce Vilanch, Patrick Cassidy etc.

It must be the way that the show is performed regularly, at least for this tour.  The program insert that was specific to the tour does not list those songs.

Except that if you don't know those songs, cutting them didn't affect the story line.  I can imagine that the producer(s) and/or director probably felt that those would be the easiest to cut for reasons of time.
