Could not find a listing for Park Place or 6:00 Follies. There is a chance they were never made.

Today would have been my father's 90th birthday.  He almost made it.....missed it by only six months.

Those dear readers who have Netflix.....could you check to see if The High Powered Rifle starring Miss Allison Hayes is on there?

No one has seen the film for about fifty years, and it's really the only film she made that I haven't seen....if it's there perhaps it can be recorded for me.....

Some old cripple named Steven Hayes on FB really hates me! For reasons I do not know, about a month ago he began making digs at my posts about wanting employment, and today he declared war.

Thanks DR ELMORE.....the movie seems to have disappeared.  Even producer-director Maury Dexter doesn't know where it is....

If it were DR Kevin, I think the show would have been BARBRA IS A BELTER, or something like that.

Every week, Barbra assumes the guise of another musical instrument in her husband's band at the Tropicana Club so she can keep an eye on him.

From DR TCB:

Sorry.  If you don't drive thru Tacoma and you don't take a ferry; I am not sure there is any other way to get to Poulsbo.

 ;D

It will be one or the other.

I don't know if we will be able to stop in Tacoma on our way up.  It will depend when we need to pick our friends up at the airport, if they actually go.

I didn't know Lembeck had done the Goodbye Girl pilot - and while I adore him, he's the reason it didn't sell - because he has all the obnoxious and pushy qualities that Dreyfuss has (as do I) with none of the heart or warmth (both of which I have) - same reason his chemistry with Mackie Phillips was off and why he didn't work on One Day at a Time.

I'm up, I'm up - about nine-and-a-half hours of sleep, but I have a really bad headache so must take something for it.

I finally finished reading The Goldfinch, which is very long.  I thought the first half was great, truly a beautiful, wonderful novel.  Then I felt rather bogged down by it and was relieved to finish it.  The writing did stay consistently beautiful, it was the story that dragged for me.

I have spent most of my weekend orchestrating a number for a friend's demo page. I hope to finish it tomorrow, and then I will begin the second number fro him. I'm going to take a break and walk to the bank.

Palm Sunday afternoon greetings!  I went to church today for the first time since Super Bowl Sunday (Feb. 7) and it was in Lima.  That means I've been up since 5:30am and may soon be napping...
