I set up and hosted the coffee hour for the first time in months.... People have been signing up but no one had signed up this week and I knew we would have a crowd for Palm Sunday and wAnted there to be an opportunity for "fellowshipping" ( as Garrison Keillor says)

And I bought a small prime rib using a "supercoupon" at the Shoprite I paid $4.77 al lb for a 5 lb roast .

I saw a recipe that said to slowly cook the roast at 200 degrees and then at the end turn the heAt up to 500 so the out side crisps up.

I wouldn't know. I have trouble cooking hamburger.
